Made to order
Every art is dead piece is printed for you after you order it. Because nothing is made in advance, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for ordering the wrong size, or for items you no longer want. Please check the size chart before you order. It's on our FAQ page.
If something is wrong with your order
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send you a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
Email us at artisdead941@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a short description of the problem
- clear photos of the item, the print and the label
We'll tell you if we need the item sent back. Claims made more than 7 days after delivery can't be accepted, because that is how long we have to report problems to our production partner.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows your order as lost, email us and we'll replace it or refund you. We can't replace orders that were delivered to the address entered at checkout, or that were returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, so please double-check your address before you pay.
Cancelling an order
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't started production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
Customers in the UK and European Union
If you live in the UK or the EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email us within that 14-day period. Items must be sent back unworn, unwashed and in their original condition within 14 days of telling us, and you pay the cost of returning them. We'll refund the price of the items and the standard delivery you paid within 14 days of receiving them back.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
