This website is operated by art is dead. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our return policy, our shipping policy and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our products

Every piece is printed to order. We try to show colours and prints as accurately as we can, but your screen may show them slightly differently, and small variations between production batches can occur.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our shipping policy and return policy, which form part of these terms.

Our designs

All designs, artwork, logos, images and text on this site belong to art is dead. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with how it works, access it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

The site and our products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, art is dead isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
