Made to order

Every piece is printed after you order it. Production takes 3–7 business days. Your order ships as soon as it's ready.

Where your order ships from

• United States orders are printed and shipped from Los Angeles.
• International orders are printed and shipped from our production partner's facility in Guangzhou, China.

Delivery times

After production, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and holidays can add time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees when they arrive. These are set by your country, aren't included in our prices or shipping, and are paid by you. If a package is refused or returned because these fees weren't paid, we can't offer a refund.

Your address

Please check your shipping address carefully before paying. We can't redirect an order once it has shipped, and we can't replace orders delivered to the address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email artisdead941@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the tracking showing it as lost) and we'll replace it or refund you. See our return policy.
